I have a dedicated Cake Studio in Criccieth where I love to welcome customers with a cup of tea and some sample cake if you wish. Here we can discuss all things cake - look at examples and bring together exciting ideas for your unique creation.

In true Mamma Mia style this Mediterranean themed cake is a 7" 4-layer vanilla sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream filling, fondant covering and hand made flowers and decorations

Using the freshest of ingredients my cakes are designed specifically to match the theme of your celebration - truly bespoke!
Any size, single tiered or multi-tiered, three or four layer, floral or character.....you choose.
All the decorations you see are totally hand-made in icing or buttercream. from the sugar paste wired flowers that look so lifelike, to the piped floral buttercream displays or animated characters, all completely unique.
The Orangutan's face is made of rice crispies and white chocolate ganache covered in fondant and hand painted.

Mini Mouse has always been a timeless favourite. This is a 6" 4-layer rich Belgian chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache covering and chocolate drip. The characters are all hand made by me and totally edible.
